Is it okay for an employee to do so? Or is it optional? I haven't fully given any details to my employer, but there is a third party medical service for vaccines, background checks etc they pay for me to get those services done and there is always a questionnaire about my mental health. I put I had anxiety but that's all. I've started prozac for the anxiety and didn't mention it. What do you guys think?
