i'm searching for a job in Germany and i'm getting really frustrated.
In Germany you get paid based on your degree not your skill or knowledge, i work in IT and companies will pay me less because i don't have a Bachelor's degree even tho i'm doing the same freaking job!!!!
i kid you not when i say you will get more money even if your Bachelor's has noooothing to do woth your job!
for example on a call with a recruiter she told me for this position they pay 40 thousand per year if you have an degree but for you the best we can hope for is 35 thousand.
Like what the actual fuck!!!!
