Hello everyone, new here. I just got terminated from my job yesterday after I made several discrimination complaints. Long story short, I was offered a 4 weeks pay severance in exchange of signing a document. I have not yet received the document, but after some online reading I am not sure if I should accept it. This was an unexpected situation and a 5k check would really help me to get through this difficult time. But I am worried if I accept the severance check I wont be able to pursue a discrimination lawsuit in the future in the state of WA. Any help appreciated.
