Discuss your pay and know your worth.

A couple weeks ago I asked a manager what they make an hour. They said they aren’t allowed to discuss that with me, otherwise they’d be fired. I informed them of federal law that protects them from that. We went back and forth for a few. Today they made it a point to inform my other coworkers bickering over the issue that discussing pay was a protected act. Couldn’t be more proud of them and made sure to tell them so.
