Discussion – If you invest in the stock market, are you part of the problem

As the title says. I'm genuinely curious as to what people think on this one. I do not personally invest in any stock/share markets, mainly because I know exactly how these companies make their money: 1) Either by beating down the workers and paying as little as possible and creating the capitalist hell hole we live in today 2) By putting up prices of their goods/services to knock out any kind of pay rise workers may have gotten 3) Both of the above. Sure, I could make some money by investing, but I genuinely do not want to support these soul sucking companies/corporations. So the question is: In your opinion, if you invest in the Share/Stock market, are you part of the problem? If not, why not?

Sure, I could make some money by investing, but I genuinely do not want to support these soul sucking companies/corporations.
