[DISCUSSION] The Current State of Employment, or Securing a Career or Job You’re Qualified For via Indeed (2022)

During COVID, I was just isolated, working from home, which exacerbated my anxiety in public, And while I'm actively applying to get a remote job in digital marketing or something within the umbrella, without the persistent stress, anxiety, and constant micromanagement from supervisors or managers as long as the assignments are done and fulfilled within the time period allotted and up to standards of the companies. It's a tough ask because many jobs are available on online postings, but I've gotten probably only a handful of interviews both online, over the phone, and in person with no avail.l It's rather unfortunate that we have to do what we gotta do in this society to survive, even if it means working two part time jobs. 1) If a full time shift can't pay for a day of rent and utilities, three meals a day, and other necessities, what's the point of…

It's rather unfortunate that we have to do what we gotta do in this society to survive, even if it means working two part time jobs.

1) If a full time shift can't pay for a day of rent and utilities, three meals a day, and other necessities, what's the point of all this?

2) Are we slave wages for the rest of our lives, while being paid minimum wage with no benefits if it's a part time job, or do contract work?

3) What are your thoughts on getting a job during these times of change in the workforce and trying to get into companies via Indeed which has numerous people applying for job?

Looking for general discussion, insight and opinions on this topic as it's been on my mind for a while.
