Gonna keep it short here. Left my job at the end of 2021, and have been really enjoying time off. However, savings are beginning to dwindle and it's getting time to return. My issue is, the thought of getting another job feels so pointless for some reason. Has anyone else felt like this after a work break, and if so what did you do to help you break through the funk and just suck it up? I also realize how petulant this sounds but meh whatever.
