District manager tried spying on me while I was at work

This is more of a vent post than anything, I already plan on quitting ASAP, especially so after this. I work at a third party company that operates inside of a large department store and specializes in selling mobile devices. We've got sales goals to hit, and because this store is lower traffic, my sales unfortunately fall a bit short most of the time. One day she pulled one of the loss prevention people aside, and fast forward to today where the loss prevention guy she talks to comes up to me. He essentially tells me that when she pulled him aside she was trying to get him to release the security camera footage for the days I've been working. Now, I have nothing to hide, as I've been doing my job as well as I can give the circumstances. But just knowing that my superiors trust me so little that she wants to try and spy on me while I'm at work is too much for me. I was already on the fence about quitting since they led my roommate on for a month before rejecting them (and they're desperate for any job at all,) but now I've made up my mind.
