Diversity Training

This is an update on my previous post. I am an employee with autism spectrum disorder known to the people in my department. In response to multiple discriminatory comments (ex. Autism is only for little children, You don’g look autistic, You are using autism to get attention from people here), I requested diversity training to my supervisor. My supervisor said “It is inappropriate to have them lecture on people here on how to work with you.” When I explained, “It is to create and maintain a positive workplace, inclusive for neurodivergent employee.” my supervisor replied “Are you blaming me and other people here? It is on you to improve yourself to make it comfortable for people to work with you.” So, I just came home and posting it here to ask what would be a reasonable course of action from here.
