(The company and myself are based in the UK) I’m at the point now where I can’t stand walking into the office or talking to other colleagues. I was just checking my work contract and it states employees have a month notice period to work upon handing in their resignation. Am I legally obligated to stay another month before leaving? as I’d be I breach of the contract if I just don’t turn up the next day or leave 2 weeks into it. Are there any repercussions, what can they do?
