Currently have some delivery guys at my house rn so time is of essence.
I was supposed to get a deliver today from 11am-1pm. They call me yesterday at 5pm saying they are close to my house and if they could drop it off. I say sure.
For the next 3 hours it was games. “Im 16 min away” “I got hungry” “I’m 6 min away” “I’m 4 min away” at 8:30 they call me saying they are on their way and will be here in 20. I was like ummm no come tomorrow.
They show up today at 7am. Im like wtf. Come back at 8.
The guy continued to call me honey. I said don’t call me that you don’t know me. He says that’s how he treats all his customers.
I was gonna tip them at least $20 each but now I’m just annoyed.
I feel bad bc obviously Pottery Barn is crap. I don’t know these guy’s stories but GD. Was that not professional?!
