Offering a contracting service we take a 50% cut and then we farm out the jobs to local handyman and contractors. We tell them upfront we don't pay them the client does we don't charge them anything either we just ask if they want a job and they take it or not bo strings. The client pays us our deposit through card. We had a guy do a job and the client refuse to pay saying he's unhappy we question our worker and their stories don't line up. Not sure what to do here I feel bad but I got a family to support as well and it's in the contract. Am I in the wrong here
