I never once filled out any tax forms nor did I even give my social when I was hired. I’m a bartender and we have a full day tip pool rather than per shift. According to my bosses since we make $2.13 an hour our entire paycheck goes to taxes, however, taxes or not I should receive pay stubs and I did not for almost 2 months at this company.
