Like real jobs, not those jobs you get while you are studying, to “prepare for a real full-time job”
I am a programmer (in-site) and I can't work for more than 4 hours a day. Don't get me wrong, I work really fast in those 4 hours, and I get a lot of shit done, more than average in 8 or more hours. But I am not a machine and keep working like that for 8 hours, so I have to pretend to work for 4 more hours, or work at half speed (which is really boring and frustrating)
I have been asking and reading on the internet, and I think this is a common issue. Maybe some white-collar jobs don't get exhausted like I do, but they do have a lot of free time and are obligated to pretend to work for those 8+ hours
Also remote workers do work for 4 hours and that's it
So I think maybe in some country (or some companies) may have thought about this and reduce the workday length?
