Disclosure-TMI incoming So I have been having searing pains in my stomach due to ongoing diarrhoea. I called into work to let then know I won't be attending my shift and my manager has told me to call again tomorrow and if it's resolved I can resume. However, are you not supposed to be clear of diarrhoea/vomiting for 48 hours before resuming?
