This my first post and I appreciate all the tidbits of wisdom that you all post in this subreddit. If a similar post or query was made in the past then I apologize in advance. So I have a question for you all. As the title suggests do you switch off the company provide work phone once you are home? I had a slight argument with my father regarding what happens after you reach home. Or do you leave it on but do not return any phone calls nor text messages on the work phone after 5pm until the following workday? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
