Do you talk to your supervisor / manager if you feel burnout ?

Some context, 30 years old, QA in IT agency / vendor. 5 years of this and finally it just got to me. I'm picking up some courses on Udemy but still with no clear direction on my career path. Is it weird if I talk to my manager about this?
