Do you think we’re reaching a tipping point in society?

It seems there's been more unionizing activity and people quitting shitty jobs lately. Capitalists are responding by treating their remaining employees even shittier with longer hours and more tasks to juggle at once, which pushes those workers to get angry and quit as well. I've been seeing it happen at Mcdonalds and I'm about to quit myself. If this trend continues, do you think we'll see major changes in the way labor is managed within the next few years?
