Fun update for y'all. I just learned that doctor's note will no longer save us from getting points on our point system at my job, thus getting us closer to getting fired.
I'm pretty positive this is the last dit attempt to try and get rid of us because we are getting close to our vote for the union.
The whole company is in a panic because other stores are also in the process of unionizing. I live in Illinois and the South Beloit location of my job has also just secured their vote.
So yeah. That's totally fun….
