does anyone care about sexual harassment in the workplace???

does a student athlete get a pass?!? “wife was harassed at work (male manager coming into bathroom while she was cleaning, calling baby and baby girl and boo, encroaching on personal space) and was warned, THEN in retaliation I believe, his 16 yo son seemingly very intentionally grazed my wife's ass while at work.. and then after being confronted by her about it, then gently again by me thereafter, he proceeded to lie to his dad and had us written up the next day lying saying I pushed him up against a cooler, but said there was no evidence for the sexual harassment! although we got written up over something with ZERO evidence, heresay, and also false information fabricated and almost scripted and coached by his dad, the night manager reported for the initial bother.. but today my general manager omitted the harassment against my wife (and the retaliation after…

but today my general manager omitted the harassment against my wife (and the retaliation after initial reports) calling it an accident and vouching for a teenager who already has a problem flirting and being off task with coworkers and front of house duties,

but apparently the cooks reported as well not knowing how to be able to speak to my wife, a hostess, because I intimidate them somehow? even tho not much communication between these two roles is necessary anyways,

AND we were told to essentially check our marriage at the door and just be coworkers even tho we do excellent at our jobs and customers love us.. said that if we get one more report we can be terminated..

can you help me get justice against retaliation for reporting sexual harassment in the workplace before they strike again and make up more lies about us to get us gone?

my wife worked in banking and never had short drawers, but has already had someone mess with hers here and short it $20 and afraid of the same thing happening again”

this is the report I had to submit for legal advice on my current employer for retaliation in the workplace over anonymous reports of sexual harassment I've had to make to management about where BOTH my wife and I work, as server and hostess.. because they are not trusted with taking sexual harassment seriously in the workplace apparently!!!
