Does anyone else get up extra early just to have free time when you still have the energy to do stuff?

I usually work from 8 am to 5 pm. I would get up at 7 am, get dressed and out the door by 7:30, and then go straight to work. Then when I'm at home around 5:30 pm to 6 pm, I'm too tired to do anything. I eat and try to watch YouTube because I can't do anything requiring brain power like writing or video games or crafts, and then I go to bed by 9 pm (meaning I only have 3 hours for myself in the entire day and can spend all of it grocery shopping, cooking dinner, etc). What I've started doing is setting an alarm for 5:30 am or 6 am where I will have an extra hour to do whatever I want. I can go on Reddit, listen to music, and take a thorough shower. It's sad, really. There's no sense in needing to get up at the crack of dawn just for some alone time.
