I have been in the workforce for about 7 years since graduating college in December 2014. I did well in college and liked the schedule of short classes followed by naps.
Since going into the “world of work” I have struggled so so much with staying up and staying alert from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. I do have a diagnosed sleep disorder and I am medicated but damn I really think America needs a Spanish type siesta because by early afternoon I am so exhausted I cannot work, let alone think.
