I'm starting to think chill bosses don't exist. I'm getting so sick and tired of bosses telling me to do more, or calling me out for not working or “LOOKING LIKE I'M WORKING” (seriously what's the point of this), when there is literally no work to do. Today I got asked why I was on my phone, for the first time at my new job (4 months in), after killing it through a busy wedding season. He then suggested I go through old files and basically clean an old office that was here much before my time… Eat my shorts guy. Does anyone out there have a boss not like this?
