In my little town of about 15,000 people (Northern USA), we have 18 drive-thru coffee huts and most all of them stay busy. The busiest has to be Starbucks and there's constantly a line wrapped around it. Why do people still shop there knowing how they treat their employees and their union-busting efforts? I don't get it.
