I had my first interview in three years yesterday and I felt really good about it but my bf says he's not sure I got it. With my background I spoke with celebrities over the phone about their credit cards at a bank and have an associates degree. The three people interviewing were impressed or Atleast they seemed to be. It's a small office for an HVAC company that's been growing and I'd be setting up appointments over the phone. One of the owners of the business were there during the interview and it was pretty laid back compared to the corporate side I've seen. Near the end of the interview they kept saying “oh you'll learn more about this during training” “you'll like the training we'll be there to help you every step of the way” “when you start working you'll see it's alot different than the bank it's more fulfilling” they asked what days I needed off and I mentioned a surgery for my grandma and how if they could just give me a few hours off for it it would work and she proceeded to say they'd give me the whole day. I asked questions about my role and if the company would continue to grow and they seemed to like that. They said they'd reach out in a few days. I felt really good but now I'm starting to worry ️ tbh I've never been offered a job same day at an interview but the way they were talking seemed like I got it?
