Does this sound fishy? What should I do?

Im sorry in advance if this isn’t in the appropriate sub. I live in the PNW in a city that is dealing with a major housing crisis and a lot of homeless people. I found a housing non profit, dedicated to serving low income communities that has been hoarding houses and leaving them boarded up and unmaintained for years/ decades and then selling the properties to cash investors and developers when the houses need too much work to qualify for FHA or rehab loans. The developers and their realtors aren’t charitable in their purpose and have decided that the “best purpose for these properties” is to rip down the abandoned houses and built multiple 600k + units on the same land…making things harder for low income communities and pushing more people out.

The non profit earns between 5-25 million a year through gov grants , donations and rental income and states that it’s too expensive to keep up on maintaining these houses.

I’ve found 7 abandoned houses they own in two days of looking.

Does anyone have any advice on how to shine some light on this and get someone to follow up and hold them accountable for manufacturing a housing crisis by being greedy capitalists with Robin Hood branding.

Thanks in advance.
