I thought this was a thing before, but I don't feel like it should be. Companies are never going to change or alter their ways when it's kept a secret who they are, and what they've done.
If we can't post company names, links to applications to flood, phone numbers for customers to voice their complaints, etc, why is that? Why would it be anyone's job to protect the identity of employers or people doing things wrong? If we get arrested or do anything wrong, it's public information that anyone with your name can go look up. So why protect companies and people that do things wrong to employees. Condemning any personal addresses, phone numbers, violence, or harassment should be a must for sure. Unless they're a corporate overlord, no one deserves their personal home address or phone number to be doxxed. Completely agree with that, but an all out ban on mentioning company names and locations shouldn't be needed to respect that.
What does everyone else think? Should we be able to call out employers by specific name? Should we make a seperate sub-reddit to do so if we can't on here?
I personally just feel as we're letting them off the hook by not ousting the specific employers/people that are doing wrong.
