So I get this rather snippy email regarding some stuff I had denied. I did it correctly according to the configuration of our system. I was asked to overturn these by someone who doesn’t have a clue. I said I will not because it’s considered fraud paying for something that is not authorized. Then another department got involved and they backed me up and said I was correct. Did I get any sort of apology. No. But they learned I will not be intimidated into committing fraud. Nice try though.
