Zup fellow sufferers?
I work for one of the biggest insurances in Germany. Well, we're cheap by tradition….
The problem is that my employer is just a subsidiary company. We delegate towing, rental cars, transportation and $h!7 like that. We're underpaid, understaffed, overworked, pissed.
Fun part is that the parent company's tv advertisement praises what the subsidiary company performs. But we don't get paid like employees at the parent company.
Within the last 5 years we lost a lot of competent colleagues.
So now most of our insurants gotta wait hours for help.
But I swear I will never ever say “we're sorry [that you had to wait 3h on that Autobahn, towing gonna be there in 2h]”
I never ever apologize for a mistake that my employer caused. Never.
If I f* up, I apologize. If the company f* up, they gotta apologize.
What I want to say: never let “their” fails drop on you.
