Seriously, don’t. The only thing that I get from being the top employee of my entire team is more work since others can’t keep up with their own workload. I’ve been here for a year and all I get is constant praise for being so efficient but now I’m stressed with having to finish my own work + others. It’s all bs and this is why people job hop. PSA: Don’t punish your top employees for being excellent.
