Very grateful for my job which for the most part is great but there is an inherent level of unfairness. Long time employees get 1 or 2 days offeach week while I have to work every single day.
It feels inherently unfair that I the new employee basically was hired so long time employees could have 3 day work weeks. We all get paid the samebut I am the one having to work 5 days and they work 3.
I have spent months trying to be ok with this and it just doesnt seem right. It feels like a restaurant schedule.
