At my company, a few people have left the company (well over 10 people). The rest of us have spoken about leaving too because of the overwork and poor job satisfaction, but a month ago, this new girl joined our company and changed our thought process. Managers, line-managers should quit because they failed us; they are there to ensure that we have what we need to do the job well. If they can't do that well, they should quit.
Most of us have clocked-out mentally and do the bare minimum to get a paycheck whilst still working and enjoying each others company. Thanks Cindy!
