A huge reason why you are seeing “lazy” people is because well we realize how much work takes out of our lives in order to live. You'd need at the “very least” 40 hours a week. That doesn't account for over time or call outs that the boss would want you to work. Most jobs don't or can't offer 40 hours a week so you would need a second job. Inflation and gas prices have gone up making it even more hard to afford that on top of rent increase. You can't just tell people to accept min wage that isn't increasing and expect people to somehow figure out how they are going to cover price increases. If the work place was better there would be a lot less “lazy” people. Perhaps instead of blaming those who don't want to work their ass off take your complaints to the company for how they treat their employees.
