As sad as it is, working more than one job is becoming more normal than anyone would like. If you have been in the workforce long, the average wage doesn't equal daily expenses so people are forced to “double dip” or “Moonlight.”
This should be common knowledge ESPECIALLY if you are managing employees. That being said, in what world does a boss have the right to give someone shit for working another job or why do us workers have to keep it a secret??
So I'll stop here, let's here some thoughts. Get rough and fuck the machine up.
