I got a job working in construction recently. My boss is fantastic. Well, technically I have two, but I spent the majority of my first day with one of them, and he is hilarious and clearly cares about his employees. He at one point jokingly said he didn't want any of us to pass out from overwork, because he would then need to dig a hole with his excavator and that was a lot of work. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with my job, and I hope you all find a similar one, where the boss is nice and cares about his employees.
