Sorry if this a repost , but this video really helped me out confirming that my middle management was useless and just invented all sorts of projects which made no sense to me. I resigned after I was approached by a different company and I am so happy again. You need to watch the parts which are in Dutch with subtitles, but this YouTube video explains a lot of issues which this subreddit needs.
