To start off, I'm new to this sub, first time posting. I (32F) am so incredibly frustrated with my job that I want to quit out of pure pettiness. But the thing is, my job is literally so easy, it would be so stupid of me to quit right now.
I've had said job for 9 months. A lot of changes have been happening; getting a new program director, new supervisor, people quitting, etc. Since we had the new program director (since 2/2022), it sucks!! She never responds to emails or texts now matter how important they are. She is also often on emergency on call if needed. She NEVER has once came in for any of the times I've needed nor for my coworkers. She doesn't communicate, she takes on more than we can handle strictly because of staffing issues and more. But I'm upset that I NEVER get a response back!!!! How hard is it?! And on top of that, we are supposed to be on a 2 weekend off, 1 weekend on schedule until we get new staff.. and I'm scheduled 4 weekends in a row. Honestly, I'm just upset.
