How many people have to fill out annual employee engagement surveys at your place of employment? I have been doing this with companies I’ve worked for annually for the last 25 years and not once has action been taken on the results. I just finished up a two hour meeting with our directors who all got angry at the low scores. When asked how they can improve they did not listen to any of our feedback anyway.
