I am starting to hate being a manager at my job. One of my female employee was in a heated argument with a guest at our facility. So, he called her bitch and she end up calling him gay.
He is trying to sue my organization for descrimination. My manager called me into his office and HR is saying that we need to suspend her.
I know she was not supposed to say that, however, I feel don't feel that she needs to be suspended.
I think that are just taking the easy way out of this situation. She is an exceptional employee.
