I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion but I truly feel that if everyone got paid every single day at the end of their shift people would work more and they would be happier. For me personally I have just started a new job and I won't get paid for one month because they are behind on their payroll system and honestly that just makes me not one to work but if I got paid every single day at the end of my shift I would probably work there full time. Thoughts?
