I live in Ohio and just noticed my employeer has been changing my time sheet and deducting 30 minutes for lunch periods I never had time to take because they increased my workload and added extra tasks to be done during the time I would usually be taking my break. They told me I have to take a break and im not allowed to skip it but that just isnt possible. My shift is a little over 9 hours if that means anything. Am I protected in any way against this?
