My dog is super ill at the moment and my mom has been taking care of him. My mom needed to take him into the vet, remind you, he is literally BLEEDING and throwing up everywhere, and her boss is refusing to let her help our dying dog. My mom has worked her ASS off for this company only for them to turn around and not care that her dog won’t receive the veterinary attention he needs because they’re “short staffed”. She has never called in once and the only time she did was yesterday whenever he started to show symptoms of being sick. It’s so disgusting how people work their lives away for companies that don’t show any empathy for events happening within their life. I, now, probably have to sit at home, care for my dog, and watch him die in front of my eyes because there’s no way for us to get him there in a timely manner. Let’s just hope her boss is right and “it’s not a big deal” and that it was a big total lie.
I’m going to post this anyways, but as I was about to post my mom walked out. Hopefully my dog is okay….and fuck her boss. LITERALLY.
