My employer ask me to keep the company phone with while on my break and got all surprised when I said I wouldnt answer it even if its an emergency since im not getting paid and having to answer the phone is work even if they dont see it that way. They said all employee do it without complaint and I said im sorry for them but I look out for myself. am I in the wrong here?
