There have already been signs of jealousy, really low beyond low Trump-style retaliation/insult tactics from another employee, and slandering of non-mainstream answers to the incompetent governance issue. In addition, they said they don't care about equity. They're in a sector that affects the future to a high degree. I have reason to believe they'll retaliate if I speak up it's not ok to slander equity and political positions you don't understand. But they really shouldn't be purporting to have authority over the future if they haven't even mastered these basics without lowest of low tactics like retaliation, triangulation, and overcompetitivceness. I have reason to believe they are trying to enforce their opinion on clients. Advice?
