Can a employer force employs to open up a credit union account to pay them? I live in Texas. My employer is stating the only way they can transfer money into my bank account is if I have a account at there credit union. They said they sent out a check in the mail a couple weeks ago and the delays are the fault of the mail carrier. I dont believe them.
