Employer has cut time off pay, isn’t paying out full amount

This past week I noticed my check for the week said 36 hours, although my time sheet I turned in was for the 42 I worked. This prompted me to go back in the ADP app and compare against all timesheets (which I take a photo of before sending in). What I found is my employer has altered my hours, and over the last several months has altered my hours and has left a total of 27.5 hours unpaid, mostly overtime. Where do I start to get this resolve? A text to our dispatch has yielded no response. Do I have legal right to sue my employer?
