Not sure if this is the right place, but I can’t find any information about how long an employer has to correct payroll issues in Florida. My employer is actually a state agency. An error in payroll software led to a huge amount of us being underpaid for at least two pay periods. They haven’t corrected it after over a month and respond to inquiries with generic nonanswers. Do I have any recourse here?
