Hello all, I work as a financial analyst in California. I work ~60 hours per week in the office as a salaried employee. My firm is about to close its largest deal yet and our boss has made it clear the hours we will be expected to work is going to be increasing to ~80 per week with no work from home option. There has been no discussion of increasing my compensation along with the increasing hours. Is this permissible on their part?
