So I had severe carpal tunnel and was getting ready to have surgery and my boss ” Really needing me” talked me into coming off my unemployment lay off to coming back to work… well I work for 6 weeks leaving work early for physical therapy and doctors appointments well surgery time comes and he gets bullshit, i signed back up for unemployment and he denies it , so i signed up for FMLA and I get it well a month after the surgery I start physical therapy a month after that I am ready to work well the 1st week he gives me 5 hours second week 8 hours so i feel he is just starving me and my boss doesn't want me back. So I signed up for unemployment and he denies it so do pull the “by law I am entitled to get my position back ” appeal the decision and fight it or just go do something else. 🤔
