Employer mandating Rapid Pay Cards as the only option to receive wages. Is this legal?

Just received an email from my employer today that I can only receive my wages through “Rapid Pay Cards.” I confirmed with them that the change will be mandatory. Is this legal? Does anyone have experience with this? How much of a headache am I in for?
